Cluster is a set of computers, interconnected to each other with high-speed networks, functioning and acting as a single workstation. Cluster software distribution is used to install a computer cluster, a group of application needed to offer cluster functionality is called cluster middleware.
The aim of this project is to design and build a HTC cluster based on Condor, and to implement Condor software using Rocks cluster software. The student can create their own code and can submit their code through Condor software. The user will submit the code and after the job is submitted the master will allocate the job and will give permission to which machine will run the job, also user will analyze how many times it took to finish the job, and what will be the usage of CPU if is loaded.
London Met cluster is an open source project that is using a set of tools that will allow low specification computers and hardware to interconnect to each other. Users can connect to Central Manager (Frontend) by remote connection through SSH and they can use the applications, build their own code, and submit the jobs to the whole cluster.
This document is dedicated to lots of people, and is my attempt to do something back. To list a few:
